REQUEST FOR SHAREHOLDERS TO UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION

- The Board of Directors of West Central Pelleting Ltd. requests all shareholders to confirm our records are accurate and up-to-date. We kindly ask all shareholders who have not received correspondence from us in the past year, to contact us to confirm or update their contact information.
- Maintaining accurate shareholder records is essential for effective communication regarding important company updates, shareholder meetings, dividend payments, and other matters. If you are a shareholder and have recently moved, changed your contact information, or believe we may not have your current contact information, we request that you contact us as soon as possible.

Hay Tender
General Conditions
• All hay must be removed from the property by September 30, 2026.
• Payment will be required prior to removal of hay from the property.
• The Tender is for approximately 10 acres of useable hay land.
• Located at 102 10th street east Wilkie SK.
• Tenders will be based on a flat amount regardless of yield.
• West Central Pelleting reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Tenders
For submission, tenders need to be sealed in an envelope clearly marked “2026 Standing Hay Tender” not later than 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 30th, 2026.
